Serve with Sinai – Registration Instructions

Thank you for signing up for one of our off-site volunteer opportunities! You have one more step to be officially signed up: you now need to register at the organization’s separate portal.  Please follow the instructions below depending on which organization you signed up for.

NOTE: Your registration is not complete until you sign up on their website(s). This step is required by the organization and includes a waiver.

A Wider Circle

If it is your first time volunteering, please create an account.  You will need to wait until after you receive an email from A Wider Circle that your registration is complete before proceeding. Then, use this link to login to your account and sign up for the date(s) you wish to sign up for.

If you already have an account, use this link to login and then sign up for the dates you wish to volunteer.

 
Registration includes signing a liability waiver. Youth who register require a guardian to cosign the liability waiver. Adults and children may not participate during the on-site group activity without completing registration. 

DC Diaper Bank

Volunteers must also register on DC Diaper Bank’s website and sign their waiver.  After entering your name and email address, hit submit.  At the bottom of the next page, you will be asked “Have a password for a private group? Enter it here”.  The password is: TempleSinai2026

So Others Might Eat (SOME)

  1. Use this link to create an account: Volunteer Sign-Up Portal Link
  2. Choose your status: If you’ve signed up before, click “Returning Volunteer“. If not or if you’re unsure, click “New Volunteer” and create your account.
  3. Join the Temple Sinai team: After creating your account/logging in, click “Continue” when the pop-up says you’ve joined the Temple Sinai team.
  4. Sign up for a shift: On the team page, go to “Recommended Team Shifts“. Click the shift with Temple Sinai’s name and the date you are interested in to view details and sign the waiver. You will need to do this for each date you want to sign up for.
  5. Get your confirmation: You’ll receive an email titled “Confirmation: SOME Volunteer Shift” once you’re signed up. (Note: Cancellation instructions will be at the bottom of your confirmation email. SOME asks that you cancel at least 3 days in advance so they can ensure the shift is fully staffed.)
