DESCRIPTION:Join us on the sidewalk outside Tenley Friendship Library for our Summer Pop-Up Event. \nMusic begins at 4PM! We’ll celebrate WIN budget victories and steel our resolve for the fights ahead with song\, poetry\, a reading of the Declaration of Independence\, and inspiration from Rabbi Goldstein and Rabbi Aaron Alexander of Adas Israel Congregation. We’ll sign up to canvass together in Tenley and Friendship Hts. neighborhoods later this summer with our affordable housing team — St. Columba’s\, Adas\, Chevy Chase Presbyterian\, Nat’l United Methodist Church\, Jackson-Reed H.S\, GDS.
